How the visibility score is calculated
Each engine answer is parsed for three signals: mention (was your brand named?), position (how early in the answer?), and sentiment (positive, neutral, negative). Each prompt result earns 0–100 points; the brand score is the average across every prompt and every engine, weighted by engine traffic share.
A score above 70 means you dominate. 40–70 means you show up but lose to a competitor. Below 40 means the AI doesn't know you exist.

Prompts: pick the ones that matter
Buyers don't type your brand name. They type their problem. Good prompts look like questions a buyer would ask before they've heard of you. Bad prompts include your own brand name; those will always return 100, which is useless.

Frequently asked
Why does my score change without a new scan?
It doesn't. Scores are derived from the most recent completed scan per prompt. If a number moves, a scan finished.
What does "cached" mean on a result row?
Another customer (or you) ran the same prompt against the same engine within the last 25 hours. We reuse that answer instead of paying for a duplicate call. The result is identical and counts toward your score.
Can you guarantee accuracy?
We capture verbatim what the engine said at the moment of the call. AI models change daily. The score reflects reality on the day it was measured, not a forever truth.
