1. The service
LifetimeRadar is a software-as-a-service that runs prompts on third-party AI engines and reports how those engines describe your brand. Output depends on those third parties; we cannot control or guarantee what they say.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised. One human, one account; sharing logins violates these terms.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't reverse-engineer the product or scrape it at scale.
- Don't use the service to harass, defame, or impersonate other people or brands.
- Don't resell raw scan data without a written agreement (Agency plan customers may export and brand reports as part of their normal client workflow).
- Don't use the service to break the law or the terms of service of the underlying AI engines.
4. Plans, billing, and refunds
Plans renew automatically on the same day each month or year. You can cancel any time from Account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time paid subscribers if the product does not work as advertised; email billing@lifetimeradar.com.
5. Quotas and rate limits
Each plan has documented limits on brands, prompts, and scan frequency. Hitting a quota does not break the service; further actions queue or return a friendly error. We may throttle abusive traffic to protect the platform.
6. Intellectual property
You own your data and your brand list. We own the software and the aggregated, anonymized rankings that appear on the public leaderboard. Verbatim engine answers are reproduced under fair-use research provisions and remain the property of their respective providers.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." Visibility scores are measurements, not predictions. AI engines change daily; a score that looked great yesterday may move tomorrow. We make no guarantee of accuracy, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, LifetimeRadar's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the platform. On termination, paid plans run until the end of the paid period and data is deleted within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and posted to the changelog at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
